Ye waqut guzar jyega...
The time will pass by..
In hindi we say "ye waqut na thera hai, ye waqut na there ga,yu he guzar jayega ghabara kaisa" ..
Which means
Time has never stopped ,time will never stop,it will pass by ,why to worry...
When we are happy , we wish if time could stop at this very moment and these words in such situation sound so bad.because we do not want time to pass by.
When we are sad, we are in difficult situation and everything around seems going out of hands we wish that time flies by. In thus situation these words are like music to ears.
